Claw 'n Fang at 25 points

As promised, here is my rendition of the best Hordes casters for the Hordes equivalent of Mangled Metal.  Again, as a disclaimer, this is by no means an exhaustive list of what might be good or competitive, nor do I believe warlocks not covered here to be incompetent in the MM format.  Without further adieu:

Trollbloods
The obvious choice here would be eDoomshaper.  His feat lets beasts charge for free and he has Wild Aggression, giving free charges and free attack boosts.  Goad is great, giving longer threat ranges.  While eDoomy has a reputation for being the king of the Dire Trolls, the Troll Axer also makes a strong compliment to a pair of Dires.  When you stack Doomys feat, goad, and the Axers animus on an Earthborn, that's a 14" threat (as long as you have a proper target to Goad off of).  Any Dire (but the Blitzer) and the Axer is what Doomy likes to run.

Circle Orboros
There are two warlocks that run each type of heavy beast that Circle has to offer.  Baldur lets the Wolds charge for free, and can buff them up with the Stone Skin.  eKaya lets living beasts in her battlegroup charge for free and has Forced Evolution for a damage (and defensive) buff.  While Baldur will tend to be slow and steady, eKaya will shove warpwolves down your opponents throat.  Baldur likes Megalith, Woldwarden, anything with the Construct rule.  eKaya likes any living beast, and warpwolves in particular.

Legion of Everblight
Absylonia is very good at running 3+ heavies, because she has very good spells that help heavy beasts.  her feat is also great with heavy warbeasts, being able to heal them completely.  When making a list for Absylonia, it's a good idea to think of which beast will be affected by what upkeep spell.  eThagrosh is also a good candidate for MM, simply because he makes Shredder spam very quick, and more effective. Absylonia likes Angelius, Carnivean, Scythean, etc, while eThags likes Typhon and Shredders.

Skorne
Skorne suffers at 25 pt Mangled Metal without the Beast Handlers.  I would like to say that pMorghoul would be best at 25 pts with just beasts, but you'll have a higher chance of frenzying on your beasts.  However, pMorgs can cast Abuse three times a turn, which is like a substitute Beast Handlers.  Another possible option would be Rasheth, because he has 8 fury.  Both feats would be strong against other Mangled Metal lists.  I would tend to take only Titans if possible, filling extra points with a Cyclops or the Basilisk Drake (just down to personal preference).

Minions
Arkadius has my vote for best beast caster of Minions.  His feat is essentially giving all of your warbeasts two activations in one turn.  However, I haven't had much experience with Minions, so these opinions are simply based on reading the Minions book.  For Arkadius, you just have two options: the Big Pig and the Small Pig.

Well, there you have it.  The best that Hordes has to offer for the Claw 'n Fang scenario.  Thanks for reading, and feel free to leave questions and comments!
